Hi there! I am the office manager at Advanced Orthodontics, and I have worked with Dr. Nielson for more than 17 years! He is a great person to work for and has become a close friend of mine. I know you’ll enjoy coming to see us! When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my husband, Jeff, and our two sons, Kody and Hunter. I love to read and take our dog, Reese, on walks. I look forward to meeting you!

Hi, it’s nice to meet you! I work as a scheduling coordinator, and I keep busy answering the phones, making appointments and managing payments. I enjoy meeting and chatting with the parents who come in, and catching up with all our patients! Outside the office, I love to go out to dinner and then to the movies! I have been married for 25 years and have four lovely daughters.

Welcome! I’m a scheduling coordinator, and I answer phones, take payments, schedule appointments and oversee all of our emails to and from patients. I enjoy meeting new patients and making them feel comfortable here. In my time off of work, I love going to the movies with my boyfriend or spending time with my three sisters.

Hello, I am the billing and insurance coordinator, and I handle all the insurance and contracts for the patients in our office. I am the woman you call to find out about your bill or your insurance coverage! It always makes me happy to help our patients make the most from their insurance coverage. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and kids. Both my children were patients of Dr. Nielson, and he did a great job!

As a marketing coordinator and clinical assistant, I keep very busy at Advanced Orthodontics, and love every minute of it. I am the newest member of Dr. Nielson’s team, and have been welcomed with open arms. I now feel like I have worked here for years, and I look forward to getting to know all of the patients at Advanced Orthodontics! In my family, my husband Bobby and I are the proud parents of twin girls that are six years old, and a son that is three.

Hi there! I am the clinic coordinator, and I supervise the clinic and patient flow, making sure everything runs on time. I’m also the Invisalign coordinator, and I get to train all of our assistants! I love working here, helping our office run as efficiently as possible. When I’m not at the office, I love going to the ballet. I also enjoy reading and am an avid runner. I was born and raised in Spain, and love chatting with our Spanish-speaking patients!

Hi there! I’m a clinical assistant for Dr. Nielson, and I help with all aspects of orthodontic care. From putting braces on or taking them off to adjustments and impressions, I’m here for you! I also get to put together all of our wonderful patient giveaway baskets for our contests! I have worked for Dr. Nielson for 10 years, and love it. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my four wonderful children.

At home, I have a husband and three sons, making me the only girl in the house! I love to do hair and makeup in my free time, and used to be a makeup artist for seven years.

I have been a certified orthodontic assistant since 2000, and enjoy using my skills to make people happy with their smile. At home, my husband Curt and son Jake love to spend time with our yellow lab, Bogart!

As the sterilization coordinator, I make sure all our instruments are clean and that the office is stocked with all the supplies we need to take care of you. I have worked for Dr. Nielson for more than five years, and love it! Our practice is a lot of fun, and we take great care of our patients. At home, my husband, Anthony, and I have a beautiful three-year-old daughter, Ava. In my spare time, I love being with my family and going to watch movies.

Hello, I’m an orthodontic lab technician. I make retainers and expanders, and I enjoy working with my hands to create the most personalized and comfortable appliances for our patients. It makes me feel good when patients tell me they can hardly notice when they’re in! Something interesting about me is that I am originally from Hawaii and used to be a professional surfer! Aloha!
